Internet. To obtain our Windows Sockets kernel, telnet to 
winsocktest.frontiertech.com to create an account and receive ftp
instructions.

Frontier Technologies also offers a Windows Sockets Programmer's 
Toolkit which includes the above files, plus C++ Windows Sockets 
object libraries, sample source code, and technical support.
